Anyone been prescribed these buggers?

I was given a slow release one that gave my nightmares and left me unable to sleep. Luckily I was able to stop taking them straight away as they weren't the other kind (BUT I DID talk this through with the doctor first because with some you can't do this-DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A HEALTH CARE OFFICIAL).

I am 59 and have been on Propranolol since i was 50. I take 80mg LA and I have had minimal, if any side effects.
I was orginally presribed them for heart palpitations and they have worked pretty well overall for me. My wife has been
a pharmacist for over 30 years and she said many people are on them. They are not for everyone and only your
physician can tell you if they are OK to use. My wife and physician said that typically they are well tolerated.

they have the side effects Kirk, even your wife knows that. They probably work well on keeping your bp normal
