What's up, my name's Matt, from Hilo Hawaii, I'm just looking for people to relate to I guess...I have intense spells of anxiety after the sun sets for the first couple to few hours...I have no idea why and this is relatively new (been going on about 6 months)

Trying to find more info as to why this may be....I'm a pretty confident person and have virtually no anxiety but this came out of nowhere and seems beyond my control...

Anyway, maybe this can be something to take my mind off of it :)

Welcome to the Forum. I am new also. At least you live in a pleasant climate.
Anxiety can be tough to figure out sometimes and can come on for no apparent reason.
Maybe you should talk to your family or your physician about how you feel. I hope
you feel better soon.
