I have just joined this forum. My name is Lisa and I have GAD, OCD and depression. Hoping to find a little support here, because my relatives are critical and do not understand my symptoms. I would like to make some new friends who truly understand what it's like.

Welcome to the forum. I am new here also. It is difficult for others to sometimes understand
what we are going through. I would try to also find support from others who have similar
issues. clergy, mental health professionals, etc. I hope you feel better soon.
