Righto - Let's start by dropping the term CURE and replace it with Deal. Being led into the path of "curing" something as natural as depression and anxiety will always have you coming back to spend more money on well marketed revolving door strategies. You don't cure something that comes about naturally; you simply learn to deal with it. Not something that today's quick fix mentality is able to comprehend. Most of the anxiety many experience is first sold to them in terms such as "cured" and then they are led into the land of "need" where for only $$$.99 - one can become totally pain free.
I'm not selling the "Deal With It!" strategy that is often heartlessly bestowed upon those having a hard time dealing with life, but learning to deal with life, is in fact the only lesson any of us require. Coming to understand just how unnatural we live in this modern age, is the first step towards natural healing. The selling of such wisdom is also most unnatural and as toxic as the term ""Cure."
Anxiety and Depression is as natural as wind is to saplings. Trying to avoid dealing with such naturally occurring dynamics, by denying their place - will only result in an unstable existence. AKA - revolving door policy. $$$ "How I cured my ........"

We get a LOT of people coming in here just for the purpose of monetary gain. Given the nature of the link you have posted, I would say it is a matter of fact that the aim of the link you provided, is primarily one that focus on spending cash as the only means to acquiring the information that's been baited within your post.
Hey guys, I have a tip - here is the link :

There is no need to spend $$$ in order to deal with ones anxiety or depression. Suggesting that no matter which way one choose to deal with such issues will always result in the spending of money is a false claim and quite unhelpful.
Yes - sometimes I will add a link that leads into the sale of information, however I avoid hitting sites with a massive Add To Cart Icon and Intrusive Audio sales pitches that plays immediately once the page loads. It does not smell right when people make twitter like comments only to leave people hooked on such plastic sales techniques.
If you want to help - * aim more for articles that offer something of more substance before the source requests a bank account.

Incidentally, for the record ... I am not anti meds ... I do respect peoples choices and also know that medication is the only option for many - regardless of my own preferences. Tone mean a lot to people sensitive to whatever methods and again ... being led into such blatant sales pitches can be viewed as offensive.
I am making an effort here as in the past I was less mindful regarding my opinions.
I get that people want to help ... but we should be more mindful how we go about it and take into account peoples sensitivities ... especially when dealing with people who struggle with anxiety and depression.
Just keep it in mind is all - I mean not to wave a bid stick. I am also learning as well.
Thx Tmex.
There are many natural supplements that may help you deal with depression. I believe all of us get depressed at some point.
My wife is a pharmacist for a national retail drug chain and she has told me that many people are on anxiety and
depression medication. She has also told me that some people are on such high doses that she wonders how they can
function. She also said that once people get an illness, in many instances they are put on medication to help deal with
their illness.

Perhaps we could offer up a thread on such a topic. I must admit that I struggle with Stickies because of the million questions that often follow in my head and then typically an inability to have said questions answered without formulating my own thread. I know it would be a touchy subject, however I think it would offer up space to many in one form or another.
I'm not sure what thread you are talking about Dahila - Would such a topic created by peers of any lvl be such a bad thing?
I think with respect to medication Dahila, that the fact the both You and I are functioning on opposite sides of the fence ... would make as good facilitators to such a topic. :)
I'd like to hear what Kirk and everyone else has to say - each of us could moderate both sides of the augument - and you now how I don't like to argue ... lest I turn into Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/hand-gestures/angry-fist-smiley-emoticon.gif

Yea - I struggle with the concept of "cured" in all of those links except the only title that does not claim to cure anything. In that one, I am coming to be more accepting of CBT, but more so only a means to move on to dealing with more the core issues. None the less I am sure it speaks volumes to many and is of great benefit to those that can understand it better than me.
Again - I do so much better asking questions myself and starting my own threads. I encourage others to do the , despite various stickies being made. I do however by the same token, appreciated being shown the way to well meaning information. For me, it's all about the interaction in the moment, rather than what's already been said and or so and so said. Sometimes people need to express themselves in their own way to find what it is that they are looking for. Also to hear what others have already said, but can'only understand it, once they get a good grasp with their own hands first.
Something like that.
Thanks for your reply in my other thread ... I have to go to appointment now, so will catch up with that a little later on.
Take Care guys.
