Hey everyone

Ive been using Bach Rescue Remedy for a couple years now and its helped me while having panic attacks and preventing anxiety but not enough to where I can completely live my life normally. Its definatly a natures xanax to me just not as strong but it will get you out of bad anxiety situations. Ive suffered from GAD starting in 2011 and it went away 3-5 months later after getting on meds but I'm trying to avoid meds this time around due to the side effects again severe weight gain.

My anxiety came back in 2016 and I've been agoraphobic.. and I've been in my house for almost 5-6 months : / Anxiety is too strong to even go see a doctor so I'm trying the natural way this time. Ive tried Saint Johns wort for 2-3 months and it probably helped me to feel better prob 10-20% better but caused Headaches / sensitivity to light so i don't think it was worth it.

I was curious to anyone that has tried bach rescue remedy or anything comparable ( Its a liquid formula droplets that you put drops under your tongue for anxiety relief)
if their is anything else out their worth trying for fast acting anxiety relief? In droplet form. I like bach rescue remedy but I'm always open to trying new things in hopes to finding something better.

My last question is.. Is their any supplement blends out their for anxiety that is worth trying? Ive tried blends in capsule formula that has ( kava / passion flower / holy basil / maca ext ) But the problem is.. they never have the proper dosage so it never works!
Is their anything out their worth trying?
Im looking to try adaptogen herb blends or anything that can replace ssri for long term use. Ide appreciate any advice / tips

Unless you have been supplementing vitamin D or getting regular exposure to adequate amounts of UVB from sunlight or a UVB lamp, the probability is that you are deficient in it.

There is a long thread here: "Vitamin D3 Cured my Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Disorder", at http://anxietyforum.net/forum/showthread.php?12695-Vitamin-D3-Cured-my-Anxiety-Depression-and-Panic-Disorder&highlight=vitamin

Note that most doctors would regard lower levels of vitamin D as being acceptable than those recommended by Dr. John Cannell of the vitamin D council, or Professor Michael Holick, a former member, and an expert in vitamin D.

Read: "Why are doctors reluctant to accept vitamin D", at:

My target range is now 60 ng/ml (150 nmol/lit) to 70 ng/ml (175 nmol/lit) as recommended by Drs. Gominak and Mercola. To ensure sufficient cofactors (magnesium, boron, vitamin K2, and zinc; most people get enough calcium) I also take a multivitamin, mineral, amino acids, ubiquinol, etc. supplement called Total Balance, Men's version, from xtend-life.com, although a high quality one like Suisse, would suffice, from pharmacies, or supermarkets.
