I am feeling physical symptoms of anxiety. I have this funny feeling in my stomach, just kind of a tingling. I had no contact with my ex girlfriend and I was trying to end it with her, and then got back in contact with her after a few drinks on Thursday. I was having anxiety problems, but this put me over the edge. I take it she is the trigger, now we are all talking about how we should be together, and I am terrified to be without her, but I know I don't belong with her. I have therapy tonight. I am on wellbutrin, klonopin and buspar, but still feel it.
