Hello, everyone. I'm Alekina....I had been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and depression at 15, but was functioning and was recently rediagnosed as having severe anxiety disorder and panic disorder as well as depression. I am also undergoing screening for bipolar disorder.
I'm joining this forum because my anxiety has starter to effect my ability to live life as normal, or even just my definition of normal. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and learning tips and getting advice on dealing with my anxiety.
