Being that I been self conscious for so long, my body is always tense. I cant seem to relax my shoulders and I have a hard time breathing at times. Does anyone else experience this? Well if anyone does, I could use some advice on ways to cope with this. Good day guys!

Hi,

i would recommend trying yoga for beginners and enjoying the meditation afterwards. :) It does really help. I also practiced autogenic training for a while, it is a relaxation technique that helps reduce tension and anxiety while relaxing the body by making it heavy and warm. I'm having the same issue. I didn't even know until somebody told me that I grimace without realizing it.
