I was 10-20 pounds underweight for most of my life, so I totally know what you're talking about. When I get anxious, I feel nauseous, so that meant I didn't eat as much as I should. But ever since I started taking Ativan, I can each much better and I am now at a normal weight. Yay!

Oops didnt notice your topic ,posted another one with the same idea :)
Im 82 pounds , however ive always been 90
But since ive got panic attacks i lost weight
Being underweight is a big deal when your blood shows that your levels are low
If your blood is fine i dont see any reasons to be worried
Anxiety makes you burn calories fast
im anxious i dont eat properly for days at a time and this effects my weight.
Well what do u consider eating properly?

I took a medication once that improved my appetite, it's called Remeron, I *think* it's an SSRI. I used for quite some time and although it didn't help with depression or anxiety, it definitely helped my appetite, which was a huge relief.
I had to increase my dose VERY slowly because it made me kind of dizzy, but nice and slow did the trick.

P.S. I have also found that 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day improved my appetite. Not instantly, and not right after exercising, but in general.

well by not eating properly i mean somedays not eating at all..and others having just toast. Normally only 1 day is like this, never more than 2. Its just so hard to eat when i think im going to be sick.
