Okay. I am 21 and have went through this before, but was wondering if it was normal to have a cycle, get a panic attack then that lead to obessive worry? I am worried about my future, the fact that I am unemployed and have agoraphobia. etc. Obessive worry that is WAY more than my usual worry.
