Embarrassing Sweat Marks under my Armpit

Hi Everyone

I have recently joined this group because I found out the other day that this embarrassing problem I have that I sweat under my armpits even if its cold in public and leaves these massive sweat stains is due to my anxiety.

I was wondering does anyone here have this same problem and what have you been able to do to overcome it?

I have been constantly searching in chemist and I am currently searching online for solutions but have come up with nothing so far.

Please let me know if you have any sort of solution as I have had people even laugh at me over this problem.

I have this, also because of so many meds and being home not exercising because of depression and anxiety, my body odor became awful, but odor is gone due to me going to an alternative medicine centre where there was detoxicater, you put your feet in water and electricity opens pores on you feet for toxins. Can you manage your anxety (alone, meds, psychotherapy, supplements or anything else) because that would be the best?
