just sitting here watching tv with my dad....sitting here getting anxious for no reason. and I have to work at 7am tomorrow morning...I need to take my meds but I don't want to be a zombie in the morning, which my mind is revolving around and getting me nowhere. sorry if I sound stupid....but this forum lets me get all this crap off my mind.
