Anyone come of Citalopram??

I've just starting to come off Citalopram 10mg after using for a year, does anyone know what symptoms to expect?

Yeh I've been cutting down to one every other day and will soon go to one every 2 days..

10mg yeh. I've been taking one every other day now for a week but I still feel like I'm getting withdrawals, felt dizzy all day and generally spaced out.

Instead of taking one every other day, you could try 1/2 pill (5mg) every day.

Yeh, reduce slowly. If you still feel withdrawal try cutting down 1/2 pill everyday. Also consult with your doctor.
