I've found this odd lately that when I go to the doctors, my blood pressure is approximately 100/60. The last time I went, it was 97/56... I'm told that I have anxiety that's so severe that it manifests itself in my limbs (e.g., derealization, my arms and legs most of the time feel less "there," even though they're not numb or in pain, etc.)- you would think that anxiety would *increase* your blood pressure, especially if it's so "severe." If my blood pressure were any lower, I'd be under suspicion that I had *low blood pressure* (90/60 or below). Since when does anxiety lower your blood pressure? Am I missing something?

I'm quite interested in this. I'm dealing with the same thing.

Do you mind explaining what you mean by "the same thing"?

ive had heart palpitations and lower blood pressure. I was 98/70 then 96/70 in my last too visits. I'm usually over 100 most like 104/70 ish. The thread I just read about hypoglecima is quite interesting. I had changed my diet about three months ago. My palpitation have subsided but know I have a constant "head fog."

it can be related to diet crisis, I'd suggest more exercise and taking nutrition like magnesium, coenzyme Q10 etc.
I strongly believe there is no anxiety without nutrition deficiency.
