hello. i have been suffering with anxiety for 4 years now. i have been through lucinda bassett's program and read 2 of her books, yet i still feel anxious. i worry constantly about my face turning red because of how i feel. when someone talks to me i immediately become red and then i obsess that they can tell and i make myself feel worse. i just want to feel relaxed and not so pressured all the time.

Hello Sanda21 and welcome. I'm glad you're here. I can totally relate. I'm not good with talking to people face to face either. Which is why I talk on here. hehehe

hi sanda, I get red-faced now and then too, and I can totally feel that everyone can see it and knows I'm all embarassed and it makes me feel worse. I don't know if that http://www.facialblush.com site is all that good, but its a site someone had sent me a while back, looks like its worth taking a look at i guess. - just be wary of the advertising links all around.
