Hey everyone,
My name is Phil Knight and I've played guitar professionally for 27 years. In that time I dealt with depression, anxiety, panic and recovered from alcohol abuse (12 years sober). It's been a long and colourful journey.
My passion project these days, is my "What's Phil Worried About Today" podcast, where I interview other musician's that suffer or have suffered from anxiety, depression or panic disorders.
