Does anyone else feel sick all the time?

I feel run down, nauseous, have had a terrible headache since I woke up (though took Tylenol, which helped), and just feel cold and achey. This is really common for me, but I don't know if it's because of anxiety? Could be due to depression, I suppose, though I don't feel overly depressed lately. I have been feeling more anxious over the last few days.

I find that anxiety is such an energy drainer... that your body is just worn out. I get that. Happens to me.
