Which dosage of Zoloft (Sertraline) have you found most successful?

I have tried most ssri's and snri's for my anxiety and depression.Im on a dosage of 50Mg at the moment.I also take 0.5mg of klonopin twice a day which help greatly.
What dosage have you personally found to be the most effective: 50,75,100,150,200?
