Hello there,
I'm new here but I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jessica, I'm a college student with the diagnosis of moderate/severe General Anxiety Disorder and panic disorder - recently been put on medication. I've also started a blog, jessicostello.wordpress.com that I'm going to be using to track and help spread awareness and about the things I struggle with daily if anyone is interested in checking it out :)
I hope to help out anyone I can and get some advice when I need it :)
