Hi...
I'm new to this forum btw.. I've had a really bad constant anxiety disorder for about 7 years now and since the beginning it has got worse and worse. I have been on a heap of medication and have tried heaps of other tactics and at the moment I'm on effexor.. I'm just wondering has anyone tried other medications like anti anxiety medication and has it helped? Because I've only ever been giving antidepressants and they never work and i keep telling my doctors its not the depression that bothers me its this constant anxiety (every second of the day butterflies in stomach adrenaline feeling?) Which is making me sick all day! My psychiatrist is finally going to put me on anti anxiety pills next visit so hopefully they help just wanted to know what people have tried? :) cheers
