Leaving home for 3 weeks

Ive been dating my boyfriend for almost 3 years and I'm flying over with him over christmas to visit his family in England. I've never been out of the states or away from home for longer than a week and I have horrible anxiety. I get really bad stomach aches and the fact that its coming so fast gives me extreme anxiety. Has anyone else done something like this? How did you get through it?

Probably need to put things in perspective a bit

If you tend to be anxious, of course this trip would be something that creates stress

And the more stress you create, the more anxious you become.

Is it that you are afraid of flying or is it nervousness about meeting his family or both?
