My name is Alli, and I'm new to this website. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, for years I've been coping in all the wrong ways. I have tried other apps and websites like this one but they all seemed to trigger me or had tons of spammers and trolls on them. I would really like to talk to some people if anyone would want too.

hello and a very warm welcome to you AlliApple. i have had good experiences with this forum and it is helpful. but what can happen and it does with me. i am my own worst enemy. and i see or interpret things in a negative way. i ask my myself am i in a bad space just now? and its ok to be in a bad space..this to will pass. i see each day as a new opportunity to start again especially if ive made a pig's dinner of it! the hardest thing is forgiving myself. and hey i wonder if you don't have some perfection issues going on in the background. have a look around and give this forum a chance to be helpful for you! take care x
