i'm new, i don't know what to do

hello yall, my name is gerard, i've been struggling with anxiety and panic disorder for a year and a half. its been up and down during that time, but as of now its been pretty bad. i'm struggling to make myself physically active and i'm constantly nervous. looking to make a connection and find a place to come for council. any help would be appreciated. i'm sure many of yall have great advice and i have some to share as well.

When you do not not know what to do, do nothing, a rather there is something. Go to general subforum and go through stickies , then you will get so much advice , good advice and welcome to forum. Baby when you deal with anxiety and painc attacks like I do for 5 decades ...................:)) you will be ok, read the threads
