i heard vitamin B helps the central nervous system which would sound to me like it would help with anxiety because after all it is all in your head, does anyone takeit and does it make u feel better and how

Vitamin B12 helped me a little. As far as it being in your head, it may not necessarily be in the part of the head you had in mind. Particularly after reading you post on driving phobia and the one about forgetting how to use your limbs. All of those things are coordinated through the cerebellum and can be greatly influenced by the inner-ear. there are many reasons for anxiety, it's often not just "all in your head", there are plenty of physical reasons why we get the feeling. here is a link to a little information on vitmain B and also a link to a very helpful blog about anxiety:
