hello everyone now the other day i was at the library feeling like sh*te and i randomly borrowed 2 books. i havent read books for the longest time and in this book it mentioned mood mapping called moodtracker however i didnt want to sign up to this. but it did make me think that it would be fruitful maybe (once i got past my perfectionist approach!) to map out my moods. "information is power" i did jot down his score chart for depression i realised that i actually need to score myself for anxiety as well as for depression. and also i am logging my triggers for GAD and maybe i will see a pattern emerge...
1.black for depression
2.red is for anxiety what i have added
3.orange itallic what i have added

SCORE CHART - DEPRESSION /SCORE CHART ANXIETY
