Hello everyone, I'll try keep it short please provide any feedback or input.
I was on escitalopram for 2 years at 10mg, did a 3 months taper down to 5mg. And hovered there for a while. I decided I didn't want to be on it anymore. October 30 started to taper off by taking 5mg one day, skipping a day, taking one etc. Last pill was on Nov. 9. I seemed fine for the first week. My cousin passed away last Friday and since then I've been off. Since Tuesday of this week my head is groggy, eyes don't focus properly, racing heart during sleep and brain zaps???? Weird electric feeling, in my head but feels weird like that in all my upper body when i move my eyes around. Very weird :/ Has anyone experienced this?? If I sit still and stare at something it's fine.
