another new doctor's appointment

well I finally have an appointment with another new psychiatrist on the 8th of December. I hope I can make it without having a nervous breakdown at this point...seriously. every single other office I tried to make appointments with inside of a 90 minute drive didn't have appointments open until, no joke, March.

at this point I don't care if a doctor has me drinking gorilla milk and eating band-aids, I just want some relief....I just hope I can make it two more weeks.

You can make it. My psychiatrist said that this time of year is very difficult for a great many of his patients, as upcoming holidays can be very difficult.

Here's another piece of advice for you: Don't eat band-aids! You can have the gorilla milk, though, if you want. Just some levity, until your appointment.
