restless legs

hi all, does anyone get restless legs at night? if so what helps?

I was diagnosed at a sleep study with PLMD, which is periodic limb movement disorder. It means I kick all night while I'm sleeping. My sleep doctor gave me a small dose of Mirapex, which helps.
