Hi guys, does anyone have any recommendations for self help books regarding (severe) agoraphobia? I want to get better as soon as possible and sometimes I don't see my psych that often, that's why I'd like to take steps by myself too. If no one comments, I may pick up a book myself and post a review here. :)
