Just to give a bit of background on myself, I've had very random anxiety attacks since 2004. I was in a very bad car accident in May 2004 and had a bunch of injuries. I had learned how to handle them and things were doing good..

Then August 30th 2015 my husband and I were in the car, I war driving and a lady ran a red light and hit us. I've been dealing with really bad anxiety since. To the point I'm tired and sore because I'm so tense during the day and I feel shaky constantly.. I've also been dealing with a dizzy/ fuzzy/ buzzy feeling since about a week after the accident. I worry constantly about my mortality and dying.. And thankfully I've started seeing a therapist. I've been seeing her once a week for about a month now.. And my goal is to be able to handle the anxiety without meds... I've been researching some herbal remedies for anxiety which I'm excited about trying..

Look forward to chatting with some of you..

hello and welcome overcomer_84 sounds like you have had a bad time. glad to hear that you are seeing a therapist. are there any relaxation classes you could join? can you still get herbal remedies i used to be able to buy herbal stuff loose and drink it as tea but that is no longer allowed and yet i can buy crappy herbal tea infusions from the supermarket that are more than likely laced with all kinds of things.wot a crazy world. i do hope that your anxiety levels get more manageable. the library sometimes has books that have other people who have had experiences of anxiety which i have found helpful. as i have never really talked about mine i have just tried to get by. not good. so yes the herbal remedies sound positive but check for contra indicators first before you go ahead.
