I came home from my usual gym workout yesterday night. I was just checking the bedrooms to make sure ALL the windows were all closed and secured before my usual warm down post gym workout bubble bath. I open the door , as usual , to brother's room. He is usually at a meeting every single, friggin night. Well, as I peeked over at the window, which was open , on the Left side o his room , a voice says " Hey I'm Sleeping!!" I suddenly strained my neck peering over , quickly to the right side of the bedroom to find him in the dark, and under umteen million covers. So I excused myself and left, with a new knot in my neck. So all today I had a kink or knot in my neck that would not go away for the best of me. I tried OTC pain meds, anti-anxiety, bb aspirin, and even lost my appetite as my neck was in so much pain. Now my mid back hurts too as I sit here composing this note.
