Hi all,
Can anyone suggest some exercises after the hernia surgery? Recently I had my inguinal hernia surgery with the help of an expert hernia surgeon in Shouldice hospital. He suggests me a to take proper rest and exercise after the surgery. Which all exercises are better for a fast relief? What are the things to be considered while doing the exercises? Should I do abdomen exercise which demands more strain for a fast recovery? Am I supposed to do leg squats or jump? Please, advice me.
