I think the following has a powerful message in it. It's presented by a Bi-Polar individual that seeks to help others using Youtube. He may not get many hits, but sometimes I feel such instances have a more meaningful message.
This presentation has much more to offer than "positive crutches". This is a more realistic approach to accepting depression as nothing more than a process that can be overcome through acceptance. Learning to deal with the pain and then let the healing take place which ultimately leads to a new beginning. Coming to understand such a view can see relapses as no more than a bump in the road with each day being seen as a new. Nothing more than the cycle to life.
