Technology anxiety

I have so much trouble on my computer doing what to other people seem simple. I was just trying to post a new thread and could not figure out how for the longest time. Now my stomach is upset. That is one of my anxiety issues. It seems to me that technology just doesn't work for me. I have had that look of how dumb are you, then how the hell did you do this as they are undoing it and the thing is I wouldn't have any idea how to do it in the first place. I am so tired of this.
