View Full Version : Anxiety becoming unbearable?

Hi guys,

When I get anxious over any little symptom, it just becomes horrible. I just begin feeling so ill and panicky. I need some advice, does any one here have any to overcome this??

Hi there..

I will annoy everyone here who knows me by saying this: learn to breathe properly. Learn about the nervous system - when we are anxious it gets out of balance. The key way to bring it back into balance is diaphragmatic breathing. Exercise and diet will help but yeah, breathe.

Also check out Claire Weekes' stuff. She's a guru.
