Claire Weekes Books?

So I got on Amazon to order the Claire Weekes book and realized that there isn't just one. Is there one that's better than the rest? Or should I just plan I buying them all? Thanks in advance!

They are all fantastic books, but you may want to start with "self-help for your nerves"

The audio books are great too.
