If you believe something is wrong with you, you empower those thoughts. I've been struggling the past 5 years and for awhile I hoped it would resolve itself. My anxiety progressed because deep down I thought something was wrong with me and since I didn't do anything about it, it didn't resolve it actually got worse.
Meditation works wonders, have you tried it?
