been feeling off balance

not sure if its sinuses or my stiff neck but lately ive been feeling off balance. not all the time and it only lasts a few seconds



anyone have a idea?

but in any case, how long has this been going on for? if you say it lasts a few seconds, then is this on a regular basis?

Because of anxiety? I always feel off balance when anxious.
