My body has started to develop a habit of giving me chest pain every night around the same time (usually close to the time I take my meds). I'm pretty sure that its anxiety because it doesn't feel like a heart attack. Guess I'm just looking for some reassurance that I'm not dying. I do have some health anxiety so knowing this is happening is making me more anxious. Anyone have any tips?
