Hi! I have panic disorder, and am afraid to leave house due to fear of having them in public, or being somewhere where I cannot get help. I am currently in an IOP program, and could use support here too. Please add me as a friend if you are going through this too, or if you have "recovered". It can be so debilitating and lonely:( Starting all of these new meds is overwhelming. Hoping for a fast recovery, and to all of the others on here, too!
