So it's my birthday in 3 days..

My depression and anxiety has been at its worst for the past couple of months, now we're almost at my birthday and I just don't want to be here when it arrives :( I turn 21, which is a big milestone. I feel completely alone, I just wish I could skip that day, I've been dreading it since the start of the year.

I'm finding myself curled up in bed or on the sofa, daily. I rarely go out at all. I literally just want to be alone.. But then hate it when I feel like I have no one.

I don't know what to do anymore :(

Hang in there Kayleigh, I just went through the same thing with my 50th birthday. Man the next thing i knew i woke up and i was old.

Yeah I did 40 a couple of years ago.. I was in the midst of a breakdown and spent it on my own. I'm sure it could've been worse if people were there though LOL.
