What is the longest anyone of you have gone through high anxiety, im on my 6th day. As soon as I wake up my anxiety is at high, im anxious and scared all day until I finally go to sleep. The next day it starts all over again. I had to call 911 yesterday cause my anxiety was uncontrollable. All they did was give me a shot of ativan and sent me home. As soon as I got home the cycle continued.

I have had this for weeks on end - it is hell!
I really suggest going and seeing your GP ASAP. That is what I did, and she straight away realised my medication needed to change.
It also helps to talk to someone - a counselor, a psychiatrist etc, there may be something underlying that you aren't conscious of, and they may be able to help you.
All I can say is stay strong, and go for help. It will get better :)

Okay so what I've gathered so far, what you mean is those days where your really high anxiety is triggered.
One time when i was younger my dad was super angry - and he's a "tiger" dad so he yelled at me from
the lower floor of our old House and his voice, and at that time I always knew how he can get. He was
Calling me down so he can scold and yell at me ( he couldn't go up the stairs cause of arthritis) and I really
Did not want to deal with it so he shouting and it made me started shaking and crying at a corner.
Days after that, I still kept doing that and feeling really scared and I couldn't sleep properly for almost a week
Til my aunt came and gave me something to make me sleep.
And another time when something happened that bothered me - that I just felt scared after that
And it distracted me from everything I was doing and it went on for days like about a week before it
Died down too..
