Hello from Canada!

Hi there! I'm Em :) Been having some mild to moderate anxiety issues over the years, but they seem to be building a little quicker then i hoped! Just joined this morning after a traumatic event yesterday. And I have to say it's been helping to take my mind off of it, at least for a little while.

I hope to become a frequent member, this community seems pretty nice so far!
