Loooooooveee hobnobs. But my alltime favourite will have to be Cote D'Or Biscuits. I'm orginally from Belgium and now living in London. If anyone finds these in a store. Please let me know... Miss my biscuits lol.

Okay, I'm a canuck, in Canada you are talking cookie. Biscuits are like bannock but tiny.
Favourite is pumpkin hermits. Then ginger snaps. Home made with lots of ginger.
My kitty used to eat custard creams..:D

Garibaldi biscuit(squashed fly biscuts urm yum only joking) consists of currants squashed and baked between two thin, oblongs of biscuit dough—a sort of currant sandwich. In this respect, it has elements in common with the Eccles cake.

If we are talking US biscuits then buttery with jam inside. If we are talking non- US biscuits then my favorite is white chocolate and regular chocolate chip.
