Hello
I am studying Holistic Stress Management and am nearing the end of a 2 year course. As part of my Diploma, I have to work with two individuals in person over the course of 6 sessions. I have already completed one case study which mainly covered anger issues, so I feel it would be extremely useful for me to work with someone suffering from anxiety related issues.
I very much tailor the approach to suit your needs and techniques covered may include relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, PMR, autogenic training, graded exposure therapy, guided imagery, lifestyle choices, assertivess and communication skills etc. You would need to come to my home in West Lancashire as I have children and the only chance I get to do my case studies is in the evenings when they are asleep.
If anyone can help me, at no cost to themselves naturally, then please contact me as soon as possible.
