weakness in arms?

anybody had this symptom? I can barely do few push ups... :(
on the other hand I can run for a mile or so... :unsure:

I have never had total weakness in my arms, but then I really can't do more than about 5 pushups with my tiny arms! I have had numbness though. However, if I focused on something else it did go away after a few days.
