breathing problems back again :(

my back feels super tight and just feel like i cant get a full breath, it drives me mad because then i just think something is wrong with me all the time
its strange because i did an hour in the gym this morning 40 mins on weights then 20 mins straight on the exercise bike and nothing happened but now im feeling breathless again
