Tomorrow I am going on a sponsored run which will last an hour. It's about 30 mins before dinner. With my anxiety I have to eat at set times it every 2 hours or I get a numb face, feel dizzy etc. we have to get there an hour before. But it'll be longer than 2 hours. So I'm going to need to have something VERY filling for breakfast. Or I'll take a sandwich for after the run until I get home.

Anyone got any ideas of foods that will fill me?
