I have the book. It is VERY comprehensive. There is 19 chapters in the book.

It has 436 pages. There are worksheets and questionaires in the book. There is space for you to write (or you can do it in a notebook if you don't like writing in books). I have used it in the past for anxiety and it helped. I have picked it up again because I feel I need to starting working on it since my anxiety is back.
