Hello all,
Has anyone here ever experienced regular re-occuring dizziness, or the feeling of being light headed? Almost like the feeling after you've had just a couple of drinks.. Its odd, I've started feeling like this regularly every day. It typically starts at around the same time in the afternoon each day and lasts the majority of the remaining day with ups and downs (ups are when I get anxious about the feeling!). Around supper time, just after I take my Effexor, it seems to get a little better. I have had anxiety for a number of years, and have been on effexor for years also, and this only started happening a few months ago.
Anyhow, hoping maybe someone could share similar experiences?
